Read Romans 8:28
Some truths a believer can be absolutely sure about. We know that God is in control, even when life feels like a storm. We believe that His unseen hand is guiding the world like a skilled captain steering a ship. No matter how rough the waves get, He is still at the helm. That truth gives us courage. We can look at life’s chaos and remember that Jesus walks on the storm and says, “It’s Me—don’t be afraid.”
We also know God never makes mistakes. There are no accidents in His plan. If He allows us to lose something, it’s because losing it is better for us than keeping it. Even the hardest trials are filtered through His love. In the past, we’ve seen Him bring good out of pain—just like medicine that tastes bitter but heals, or a surgeon’s cut that removes what’s harmful.
Because God rules wisely and works for our ultimate good, we can face trials with peace. We can pray with confidence, “Lord, send me whatever You will, as long as it comes from You. Nothing from Your hand will ever harm me.”
God is never early, never late, and never wrong. Trust His timing, trust His plan, and trust His heart.
