Read Psalm 84:7
This verse reminds us of the steady progress of those who follow God. Unlike ordinary journeys, where we may start strong and grow weary, the Christian life is marked by continual growth in strength. Even after years of trials and struggles, those who rely on God’s grace can rise stronger, wiser, and more steadfast.
While our enthusiasm may mellow with time, our spiritual power—faith, patience, understanding, and love—can increase. Challenges do not defeat us; they strengthen us, for God’s grace is always sufficient. As Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.” Every burden carries within it the provision of God’s strength for those who trust Him.
Prayer:Lord, help me to trust You in every trial and challenge. Strengthen my heart, renew my spirit, and let me go from strength to strength in Your service. Teach me to rely fully on Your grace so that I may grow stronger in faith, hope, and love each day. Amen.
