Living to Save Others

Paul’s life was driven by one consuming goal: to see people saved. He didn’t aim merely to teach, improve, or moralize. His heart burned with a desire to bring souls from death to life, from sin to salvation. He adapted to others, set aside personal preferences, and worked tirelessly—all so that some might come to know Christ. For Paul, nothing else mattered more than the eternal well-being of others.

As followers of Christ, we are called to the same passion. Are our lives focused on saving souls, or have we allowed lesser pursuits to occupy our energy? Jesus gave His life for the lost; can we live for them? Our love for Him is shown not just in devotion but in our urgency to see others reconciled to God.

Reflection for Today:Am I willing to adjust, sacrifice, and serve in order to help others know Christ? Do I share Paul’s passion for the lost?

Prayer:Lord Jesus, fill my heart with Your compassion for the lost. Help me to live not for myself but for the salvation of others. Give me the patience, wisdom, and courage to reach out, adapt, and serve, so that many may come to know You and experience Your eternal life. Amen.
