Read Romans 8:32
If you ever doubt God’s love, look at the cross. There, love is not spoken—it is proven.
God did not withhold His most precious gift—His own Son. He gave what heaven could not replace. And if He has already given you His best, do you think He will withhold the rest? Every good thing you need for life, godliness, and joy flows from that same fountain of love that poured out at Calvary.
The cross is heaven’s loudest declaration: “I am for you.”
When we feel forgotten, when prayers seem unanswered, and when life feels unfair, we must look again to the cross. If God could turn the darkest day in history into the greatest victory, then He can turn your pain into purpose and your waiting into wonder.
The verse doesn’t promise that we’ll receive everything we want, but everything we need. God’s generosity is not careless—it’s wise. He gives not according to our cravings, but according to His perfect knowledge of what will bring us closer to Christ.
So when life feels empty, remember: you already possess the greatest treasure—Jesus Himself. All else is secondary.
Let your heart rest today in this truth: The God who gave His Son for you will not abandon you now.
Reflection for Today
What do I tend to hold back from God—my trust, my time, my surrender? If He gave everything for me, how can I not freely give my life to Him in return?
Prayer
Father, thank You for giving Your own Son for me. I cannot comprehend such love, but I receive it with gratitude. Teach me to trust that if You did not spare Jesus, You will also provide everything I truly need. Help me to rest in Your generous, faithful care.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
