Read 1 Chronicles 9:33
In God’s temple, the singers never stopped praising Him. Day and night, they sang songs to honor the Lord, because His love never ends. Just like God’s mercy never stops, their music never stopped either.
There’s a lesson in that for us: we should keep praising God all the time, not just once in a while. Heaven is full of praise, and since heaven is our future home, we should start practicing now.
Every morning, when the sun rises across the world, God’s people wake up and sing to Him. Their songs of thanks and love circle the whole earth like a ribbon of music.
Why should we praise God all the time? Because He always deserves it—for who He is, for creating the world, for taking care of us, and especially for sending Jesus to save us. The more we praise Him, the more our hearts feel joy, even when life is hard. Praise can brighten our darkest days, give us strength when we’re tired, and keep us humble when we’re happy.
Look around you. Isn’t there something to be thankful for right now? Think about the good things you’ve received in the past. Think about the hope you have for the future. There’s always a reason to sing to God.
So don’t wait. Praise Him today—with your heart, your voice, and your life.
