Bishop Paul Solomon M. Maglaya
Bishop Paul Solomon Maglaya serves as the esteemed Head Pastor of Send The Light Ministries Inc – Proper, a passionate shepherd of God’s people and a committed servant of the Gospel. With a heart for discipleship, a deep love for the Word, and decades of faithful ministry, Bishop Paul leads with humility, wisdom, and spiritual authority.
Under his leadership, the church continues to grow in faith, unity, and purpose—equipping believers, empowering leaders, and reaching communities with the love of Christ. His teachings are marked by biblical depth, practical relevance, and a Spirit-led conviction that stirs transformation in lives.
Beyond the pulpit, Bishop Paul is a mentor to many, a counselor to those in need, and a visionary committed to raising the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. His life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to God, to the Church, and to the mission of making disciples of all nations.

PRAYER MEETINGS
Prayer is the lifeblood of our ministry at SEND THE LIGHT MINISTRIES INC – PROPER. Our prayer meetings are sacred gatherings where believers come together to seek God’s face, intercede for one another, and stand in faith for breakthroughs and revival.
FELLOWSHIP
Fellowship is more than just gathering—it’s about building genuine relationships rooted in Christ. We believe that spiritual growth thrives in community, where love, encouragement, and accountability flourish.

We believe that ministry extends beyond the church building. Through our Home Visitation Ministry, we bring the love, comfort, and presence of God directly into the homes of our members and community.

SEND THE LIGHT MINISTRIES INC – PROPER. is passionate about reaching the next generation through our Campus Ministry. We believe that students are not just the future—they are the now of the Church. Our mission is to bring the light of Christ to schools, colleges, and universities by raising up young leaders grounded in faith and purpose.

- God Waits to Show You His Grace
Read Isaiah 30:18
Sometimes God seems slow to answer our prayers. We see this in Scripture: Jacob wrestled all night before receiving his blessing; the Syrophenician woman waited silently for a response; Paul pleaded three times for relief from his “thorn in the flesh,” only to be assured that God’s grace was sufficient.
God’s delays are not neglect. Often, He waits to show His power, to refine our faith, or to deepen our desire for Him. Waiting can help us see our own needs more clearly, draw us closer to Him, and make the eventual blessing all the sweeter. Sometimes, God waits to remove things from our hearts—doubt, self-reliance, or misunderstanding—so we can receive His grace fully and joyfully. Every prayer we raise is noted in heaven; even if the answer seems slow, it is being carefully prepared for our good.
Reflection for Today:Am I growing impatient with God’s timing, or am I trusting that He knows the perfect moment to bless me?
Prayer:Lord, help me to wait patiently for Your answers. Teach me to trust Your timing, to seek You more earnestly, and to rely entirely on Your grace. May I never grow weary in prayer, but always hold fast to the assurance that You are faithful and Your answers are perfect. Amen.
